Open the room
Open a management review record, choose the Room tab and start on Inputs so the meeting begins with the current pressure points.
Management reviews
The Management Review Room brings live tasks, objectives, audit oversight, documents, evidence health, decisions and follow-up actions into one meeting workspace. Use it when a planned review needs clear inputs, recorded outputs and an evidence chain.
Recommended flow
Open a management review record, choose the Room tab and start on Inputs so the meeting begins with the current pressure points.
Work through tasks, objectives, audit oversight, document pressure and evidence health. Expand review notes only where a challenge, decision or exclusion needs recording.
Move to Decisions to record attendees, inputs considered, minutes and agreed outcomes. Link a primary source when a decision came from a specific input.
Create review actions, sync them to the calendar where reminders are needed, link evidence and use Close to confirm readiness before marking the review complete.
Use the room when management needs to review the system, not when you only need to update a single record.
Inputs is the live meeting pack. It keeps the review focused on what needs attention now.
Decisions turns discussion into management-review outputs.
Actions keeps follow-up work owned after the meeting finishes.
Close is a readiness gate so the review is not marked complete too early.
The review pack gives a readable record of the meeting inputs and outputs.
