How do plans and modules fit together?
Your base plan provides the workspace. Business + ISO Core also includes Controlled Documents and ISO Core. Specialist ISO and Cyber packs are optional extras. For agencies, modules are selected and billed for each active client workspace.
What happens when I choose a configuration?
We save your selection while you sign in or create an account. You then review the workspace and price before continuing. The base subscription and optional modules are confirmed separately; mid-month changes may be prorated. Payments, invoices and receipts are handled through Stripe.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Upgrade when your workload grows. A move to a lower plan is scheduled for renewal. Your organisations, tasks and evidence remain in the workspace when your plan changes; the new plan's limits apply.
Are there seat, task or storage limits?
There is no separate per-seat charge. Free includes 15 active compliance tasks and Starter includes 50; Business plans have no active-task cap. Completed task history is retained. Evidence files are private, with supported formats and file-size limits shown at upload.
Can I try it or get help getting started?
The Free plan gives you a small workspace to explore the calendar, evidence and manual reports. You can also book a walkthrough to discuss your setup. Any assisted onboarding, imports or training are agreed before work begins.
