Compliance software for UK advisers

Run every client’s compliance routine from one portfolio

Separate client workspaces, recurring actions, secure evidence requests and audit-ready reports — without rebuilding spreadsheets before every review.

Obligary supports the consultant's administration and client-delivery workflow. Advisers remain responsible for their professional services, recommendations and statements about compliance or certification readiness.

Plain-English definition

A portfolio without mixed-up client records

Multi-client compliance management keeps every client's information in its own workspace while giving authorised advisers a portfolio view across the organisations they support. It replaces the growing patchwork of client spreadsheets, shared drives and status emails with a consistent way to onboard, request evidence, review progress and deliver reports.

How it works

Keep the routine clear from action to evidence.

01

Keep every client separate

Maintain distinct task calendars, members, evidence and reports so one client's information never becomes part of another client's pack.

  • Separate workspaces
  • Client-specific membership
  • Independent evidence vaults
02

See the whole portfolio

Use the agency view to find clients that need attention without opening each workspace simply to check current status.

  • Portfolio overview
  • Visible follow-up pressure
  • Clear client switching
03

Keep recurring actions owned

Give each action an owner, due date, recurrence and evidence expectation so the next client follow-up starts with context.

  • Named ownership
  • Recurring due dates
  • Evidence expectations
04

Collect proof with less chasing

Invite client users or send a secure evidence request to the person who has the file, with the request context kept alongside the upload.

  • Client invitations
  • External upload links
  • Task-linked evidence
05

Control documents and reviews

Keep policies, procedures and other controlled documents with their versions, review dates and approval state inside the relevant client workspace.

  • Version history
  • Review status
  • Client-specific documents
06

Deliver clearer reviews and reports

Use current management-review records, reports and focused audit packs to show what changed, what is missing and what happens next.

  • Management reviews
  • Client-specific reports
  • Audit-pack exports
07

Capture evidence on site

Use the Obligary companion apps on iPhone, iPad or Android to review priority work and capture evidence where the work happens.

  • Mobile task view
  • Camera and file capture
  • Existing workspace permissions
08

Plan a practical three-step setup

Start with one representative tracker, configure the first client workspace and then repeat the proven structure for the next client.

  • Review one current tracker
  • Configure the first workspace
  • Repeat and tailor the structure
09

Keep access and data handling clear

Use workspace membership, role checks and private file access so client users see the records intended for their organisation.

  • Role-based permissions
  • Private signed file access
  • Separate client membership
10

Keep agency economics visible

Choose an agency plan for the active client capacity you need, then add specialist standards packs only to the clients that require them.

  • Portfolio plan
  • Active-client allowance
  • Client-specific add-ons

A clearer operating system

Turn a collection of client trackers into a delivery system

The goal is not to make professional judgement automatic. It is to remove the repetitive administration around ownership, evidence and status reporting.

Separate spreadsheets and shared drives

  • A different status format for every client
  • Evidence requests buried in email threads
  • Manual report preparation before every review

An Obligary agency portfolio

  • A consistent structure with client-specific workspaces
  • Requests, files and tasks stay connected
  • Current reports support a repeatable review service

FAQs

Common questions

Do clients have to use Obligary every day?

No. Your consulting team can manage the routine and invite client users only where their input or evidence is useful. Secure evidence requests can also collect a specific file without giving the recipient general workspace access.

Can we keep using SharePoint or our existing document storage?

Yes. Obligary can organise the task, owner, due date and evidence expectation while you continue using an existing document library where that remains appropriate. Files uploaded to Obligary are kept in its private evidence storage; Obligary does not currently synchronise a SharePoint library automatically.

How are client workspaces separated?

Each client is an independent organisation workspace with its own members, tasks, evidence and reports. Agency users move between authorised client workspaces through the portfolio rather than mixing client records into one shared folder.

How long does migration take?

It depends on the number and condition of your current trackers. A practical starting point is to review one representative tracker, configure the first client workspace and agree what should be repeated. We will confirm any assisted setup scope and timing before work starts.

Can Obligary guarantee certification?

No. Obligary organises tasks, documents, evidence and review workflows. Certification decisions sit with the relevant certification or assessment body, and advisers remain responsible for their professional judgement.

Can advisers add their own branding?

Self-service white-labelling and adviser-specific branding are not currently available. If branded client delivery is important, tell us what you need so it can be assessed against real demand rather than promised in advance.

What is included in agency pricing?

Agency plans provide the portfolio workspace and an allowance of active client workspaces. Specialist ISO and Cyber packs are enabled and billed client by client, so they are added only where they are needed. Current prices and allowances are shown on the pricing page.

Can clients work in the platform too?

Yes. You can invite appropriate client users to their workspace and use roles to control what they can see and do.

Can we request evidence from someone without an account?

Yes. Secure evidence-request links let an external contact upload the requested proof without receiving general workspace access.

Is Obligary a substitute for consulting judgement?

No. It organises tasks, records and delivery workflows; the consultant remains responsible for advice, applicability decisions and professional conclusions.
