Obligary uses cookies and local storage for essential product purposes. If you give permission, we also use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people use the website and product so we can improve it.

These include:

• authentication and secure sign-in
• keeping protected app areas secure
• identifying the signed-in user
• remembering active organisation or workspace context
• remembering interface preferences such as calendar or list view
• remembering whether optional guidance panels are shown or hidden
• remembering completed guided tours and allowing users to replay them
• maintaining security and service reliability
• supporting checkout and subscription billing through Stripe
• remembering your cookie preferences
• measuring pages, sessions and product interactions where analytics consent is given
• remembering consented campaign or referral attribution for up to 90 days

We do not use advertising cookies, remarketing tools or session-recording tools. Google advertising storage, advertising user data, personalisation and Google signals are disabled in our implementation.

Strictly necessary cookies and storage are required for the website or platform to work.

These may be used for:

These technologies cannot normally be switched off through Obligary because the service may not work properly without them.

Obligary may use local storage to remember user preference choices inside the application.

• completed guided tours
• product display preferences

These are used to improve the product experience and keep the application consistent between visits.

Obligary uses Clerk for authentication. Clerk may set cookies or use similar technologies to manage secure sign-in, session handling and account access.

These technologies are essential for protected app areas to identify users and apply the correct organisation-level permissions.

Paid subscriptions are handled through Stripe.

When you use Stripe checkout, billing portal or payment-related services, Stripe may use cookies or similar technologies for payment security, fraud prevention, checkout operation, invoice handling and billing functionality.

Obligary uses Vercel, Neon, Cloudflare and related infrastructure providers to host the application, database and private evidence storage.

These providers may use technical mechanisms necessary for security, performance, routing, private file access, infrastructure protection and service reliability.

This table should be reviewed whenever new tools, cookies or tracking technologies are added.

Google Analytics 4 is optional and is not loaded until you allow analytics cookies. If you decline, no Google Analytics script is requested and no Google Analytics cookies are set by Obligary.

When enabled, Google Analytics may process page visits, session and interaction events, browser and device information and approximate location. Google uses an IP address to derive broad location information and states that it discards the IP address before logging it. We configure analytics without Google advertising signals or advertising personalisation and do not intentionally send names, email addresses, workspace names, uploaded evidence or other direct identifiers.

Our GA4 measurement ID is G-CLQK9F6VM9. Google Analytics uses cookies including _ga and a property-specific _ga_* cookie to distinguish visits and sessions. These may remain for up to two years unless you withdraw consent or delete them sooner.

When analytics is enabled, the first-party obligary_growth_attribution cookie may retain approved UTM campaign values, the landing path and referring domain for up to 90 days. Query strings, names and email addresses are not stored in this cookie. If a workspace is created, the first-touch and last-touch values may be linked to that workspace for aggregate conversion reporting and are deleted with the workspace.

We do not currently use marketing cookies. If we add advertising, remarketing, session recording or similar non-essential technologies in the future, we will update this policy and request appropriate consent before using them.

You can allow or decline analytics when the cookie banner appears, and change that choice at any time. Withdrawing analytics consent stops further analytics collection and Obligary attempts to remove existing Google Analytics and first-party attribution cookies from this site.

You can block or delete cookies using your browser settings.

Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop sign-in, workspace access, checkout, file downloads or other product features from working properly.

You can also clear local storage through your browser settings. Doing so may reset some product preferences, hidden panel settings and guided-tour history.

We may update this Cookie Policy when the product changes, when providers change, or when new cookies or similar technologies are added.

The latest version will be published on our website with the updated date.
